Fitting Out To Lease – Workstations & Office Furniture
Lemon Baxter contracted Egans to fit out several small tenancies with the intention of leasing them fully furnished. Lemon Baxter commissioned an Interior Designer to work with the Egans team to fit out the tenancies. The Interior Designer selected workstations and furniture from Egans extensive range, while Egans designed the configurations to fit beautifully according to the floor plan.
The following week the fit out was commissioned and completed. With Egans being stock ready, lead times were of no issue to us. The outcome was a commercially acceptable fit out using quality brands at a fraction the price of new.
