    • Salary: $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 /year

    Description

    We currently have an exciting position available as NSW Operations Scheduler at Egans Asset Management. Based at our NSW branch and reporting direct to the COO based athead office, this fulltime position requires someone with strong leadership and administration skills who is also able to provide a great customer service experience.

     

    Key responsibilities

    • Day to Day Scheduling of resources (staff and trucks) based on client project job demands
    • Administration of truck maintenance, tip and recycle yard dockets and cost allocation, staff and jobs hours control
    • Recruitment and development of operations staff – labourers, team leaders, drivers
    • Team and performance management to meet company KPI’s
    • Working side-a-side to the Project Coordinators and Sales team
    • Maintaining OH&S standards
    • Branch depot operations management
    • Fleet maintenance scheduling
    • Supplier management
    • Participate in budget performance review and development
    • Customer contract compliance management

    Skills required

    • A passion for environmental sustainability
    • Management experience
    • Positive and proactive attitude
    • Strong leadership qualities
    • High level of organisation and administration skills
    • Ability to work with different tasks and set priorities
    • Experience in Office Relocations and/or Office Furniture is an advantage
    • Understanding of project coordination
