Egans supplied and installed approximately 60 seats of workstations and associated office furniture for the Department of Infrastructure, Planning and Transport (DPTI).
The site office was established to oversee the construction of the Torrens Rail Junction re-development, which is creating an overpass for the Outer Harbour rail line as part of the broader Torrens Road to River Torrens Project.
The project will deliver an uninterrupted lowered roadway as an upgrade to Adelaide’s critical north-south corridor.
Our 100% recyclable Wise Office Furniture workstations were selected because of a high specification / low cost / short lead time combination that couldn’t be matched by new workstation retailers.
Egans was able to deliver and install with a far shorter lead time than the competition because of the stock ready nature of our Wise Office Furniture Program.
A further reason for DPTI’s selection of our workstations was that the system can be quickly demounted and reused. Thus, DPTI have the option of disassembling and storing the product for later use once they have finished with the temporary site.
