Requirement
Following a major refurb at UNSW K15 Old Main building, Egans setup 50 IT workspaces through Intrec for the university.
Relocation and Fitout
Egans relocated, unboxed and installed 5o new monitors, monitor arms, keyboards, mice and CPU’s for Intrec at K15.
Disposal
All packaging was removed and recycled with 100% landfill avoidance.
Result
The university’s Environmental Sustainability Plan includes the goal Resource Efficiency which involves conserving resources by reducing consumption, prioritising reuse and managing waste responsibly. Sustainable disposal of all packing fits within the ‘managing waste responsibly’ portion of their Environmental Sustainability Plan.
