Egans moved a very large and heavy table (350kgs) from Toorak to Level 42, 101 Collins Street, Melbourne. The table had to be kept vertical at all stages of the move.
The tabletop and base were craned from the Toorak building onto the street. Our team used specialised equipment and expertise to load the table and base onto our truck. We relocated the table to Collins Street where we made use of the pre-organised goods lift (measured to fit beforehand) to move the table up to level 42 and into the tenancy.
Egans unloaded the table from its case and assembled the table in situ. The existing table was also moved from the dining room into the lounge next door.
Moving a table of this size and weight requires very careful planning, professional equipment and years of experience to ensure a successful relocation on the day.
