With high demand for Electronic Sit-Stand desks, Egans have developed a solution for supplying large quantities of the desks sustainably through our circular approach. We re-manufacture Sit-Stand desks by refurbishing and installing redundant tops onto new bases. The most common sizes are 1200mm, 1500mm and 1800mm however, we can customise to suit any client requirements.
The University of Sydney requested a sit-stand desk with a 2150mm top. We supplied a custom fitted desk using an 1800mm base and converted it to suit. Our head installer in NSW, Khuchtuguldur Otgonbayer (Cookie for short), has been with Egans just over a year but has quickly demonstrated advanced skills in dismantling and rebuilding workstations and Compactus units.
Cookie prepared the base and top at our workshop and completed the build on-site for efficient component delivery into a smaller office. The university was impressed with the furniture, workmanship and timely supply and install.
