- Warehousing and distribution including asset tracking, registration and inventory management.
- Furniture grading and valuation.
- Technical sales and customer service.
- IT skills including data management and item registration.
- Sustainable asset disposal skills including recognising and split-waste recycling materials.
Training and Up-skilling
We take training very seriously at Egans. Our skills, processes, and shift in thinking culture ensure our leadership and innovation in the industry. Training begins on day one with an induction course that includes OH&S mandates and the basics of moving heavy items. In addition to our training programs, we also support staff looking to gain certification such as:
- Heavy rigid licensing.
- Red Card certification.
- Forklift licensing.
- Relevant courses and diplomas.
